Built this video this morning, had to run to the office, finished it when I got back home. The article already went up. How it got made might be interesting to a few of you out there. No editor, no timeline, no dragging clips around. I told Claude Code what I wanted, and it wrote the video as actual code (a framework called Remotion) and pulled images from Fal AI. Keyboard, not a mouse. Total cost to build it: $2.46. Many expect the first try to work. It rarely does. Not in AI, not in anything creative. You don't write a post once and hit send. You write it, cut it, rewrite it, cut again. Generating images is the same game. The first Charlie Munger I got looked like a curmudgeon. Feed it real references and generate a batch. Out of five, one lands. I've already built a website with it and spun up a hundred-plus ad variations for my properties, different copy, different images, so my teams can stop recycling the same five tired creatives. I even built image editing into the app so it generates new options on its own. Higgsfield is next, think TikTok and other video content for sites. This is the worst these tools will ever be. In five years, we’ll laugh at what currently feels like magic.
