I reread Munger constantly. His speeches play on the drive to the office and again on the drive home. You'd think I'd have the man memorized. Then a problem comes up, and the one idea that would cut through it won't come. It shows up three days later in the shower, useless. So I quit trying to hold a hundred ideas and put five in my hand. The same hand I already carry everywhere.
