MAA manages the most units in Buckhead and got half its fair share of AI recommendations. Northland got 4.4x. Communities rated 4.6 or higher on Google averaged 42.8 AI recommendations, and those under 4.3 averaged 11.1. Thats 3.9x. Review count barely mattered.
Renters using AI to search went from 4.4% in 2024 to 9.8% in 2025 (Zumper survey). Ask Google AI Mode for apartments for rent in Buckhead three times and you get three different lists. One property made all three. Claude gave the same first pick all 3 times on 8 of 14 questions. Google AI Mode managed it on 1 of 14.
