A drone flies the field, maps the weeds, and has a spray plan back within 24 hours. One dealer group watches 14,000 machines live and steps in before the breakdown. Last month John Deere put more than a decade of machine data behind a question box called JD. Ask which sprayer driver covers the most acres per hour and it answers in seconds. And what reaches me is a monthly package, about 30-45 days after the first transaction in it. Let’s say we created our own agent. Let’s call him JI (For “Just Insight”).
